Individual Coaching

Individual coaching supports people to utilise their existing strengths and to find their best solutions and outcomes. Creating a plan for change may involve career, personal or professional issues.

The focus of individual coaching is to support you:

  • Identifying what is working for you and what is not
  • Uncovering potential and areas for growth
  • Clarifying strategies and creating a plan
  • Creating a space to reflect and develop solutions
  • Recognising barriers and unexplored opportunities
  • Sustaining and evaluating progress
  • Developing skills to navigate through the best and worst of times
  • Improve your confidence
  • Manage demands and stress more effectively

How does it work?

  • All programs are tailored to meet your needs
  • Introductory session to discuss your expectations and what you are seeking from coaching
  • One on one coaching in person, via phone or skype
  • Flexible sessions times
  • Minimum two months commitment
